The ICS is working in collaboration with partners to establish a recognised model for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector engagement and involvement.

The model will deliver recognised means of engagement, consultation, involvement and empowerment for health and care partners to work collaboratively with the VCSE sector, at both system and PBP tiers.

Support Staffordshire and VAST are leading the development of PBP VCSE forums, that will feed into a System VCSE Alliance. The System VCSE Alliance will be closely linked to the ICP and Board supported by a Memorandum of Understanding.

The VCSE sector is an essential system transformation, innovation and integration partner. It is a vital cornerstone in progressive health and care systems and has a key role to play in:
