What happens after a review has been completed?

After a review has been completed, it is sent to two groups: the Governance Panel and the Steering Group. Both of these groups are made up of membership from across the ICS and include health, social care, public sector services, charities, experts by experience/people with lived experience.

The Governance Panel is presented with completed reviews, which include areas of learning, good practice and improvements required. The group are allowed to ask questions about the review and will identify any relevant actions that need taking forward to the Steering Group.

The Steering Group then take responsibility of these actions, including both learning and improvements, and drive the changes needed to implement them across the system.
