Has your child missed their annual flu vaccine at school?

You can book in to a local vaccine clinic by calling the School Age Immunisation Service on 0300 124 0366. Lines are open 8:30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Here are the clinic details but remember you must book in advance

Saturday 15 November 2025 – Lichfield Community Fire Station 9.30am-3pm
Saturday 29 November 2025 – Leek Moorlands Hospital 9:30am-3pm
Monday 1 December 2025 – Staffordshire University, Blackheath Lane, Stafford 2:30pm-6pm
Tuesday 2 December 2025 – Dimensions Leisure Centre, Stoke-on-Trent 2.20pm-6pm.
