In Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent we are looking for adults with Down’s syndrome to come together to talk about Health, Social Care, Education, Housing and Employment.

We want to hear what you think works and what changes you would like to see.

This group will meet every few months and will be led by Ed Daly, a young man from Staffordshire, with Down’s syndrome, and Karen Webb, Deputy Senior Responsible Officer, for Learning Disabilities, Autism and Down’s syndrome, at Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent ICB.

Ahead of each meeting, we will share detailed information about how to get to each meeting, what will happen at the meeting and who will be there. Professionals from the NHS, Social Care, Education, Housing and Employment will also attend the meetings.

We will support with travel expenses, so you can attend the meeting. You are welcome to bring someone with you to the meetings if you would like to.

If you would like to join this group, please fill out this registration form. If you have any questions, please email ssotics.comms@staffsstoke.icb.nhs.uk.
