A programme for people living with a lung condition in East and South-East Staffordshire.

The programme includes supported exercise and education led by a specialist pulmonary rehabilitation team. The programme can be done at a local venue or remotely via a smartphone, tablet or computer.

The pulmonary rehabilitation programme includes:

• An initial phone assessment

• A physical assessment

• Six-week programme, with two sessions per week

• Improves fitness and amount of activity a person can do

• Helps people feel less tired when carrying out day-to-day activities such as climbing stairs

• Improves quality of life and makes people feel better
