GP Online Services – Manage your health the easy way

GP online services let you:  

• Request medical help or an appointment once you have been triaged by the team.
• Order repeat prescriptions 
• View your GP medical record 

It’s quick, easy and safe to use – giving you more choice and control in how you access GP services. 

You can register for GP online services at your surgery. Please take proof of identity and address when you register. If you do not have a permanent address, you can register with a GP surgery using a temporary address or the address of the GP surgery. Once you have registered for online services, you can still visit or phone you GP surgery, but this gives you more options if you want to access healthcare online.
